Rich-grained birch wood offers a natural, warm look to complimentary imagery.  The birch is veneered to the front and back of medium-density fiberboard (MDF), which adds rigidity and stability. We cut a 3-step pattern at the back of most pieces to enhance the look of the artwork which seems to float about 1” away from the wall. Available with or without security hardware. Artwork printed on birch is hand-finished and sealed with a non-yellowing, fast-drying, water-based acrylic coating that adds a tough layer of protection and a soft luster finish to the front and back of every print. This coating contains UV inhibitors for maximum protection against fading. The satin finish produces a subtle, natural-looking sheen with minimal risk of glare.
